I must say, I’m slightly biased towards this little guy. Can’t stand the cuteness! For some reason my own babies always give me the most trouble with photo sessions. Pierson was not to be outdone! Record amounts of baby poo on my blankets. But he made up for it with record amounts of smiling as well! I typically try to schedule my newborn sessions when babies are about 7 days old. That’s when they’re the most sleepy and posable! My newborn photography sessions take place in my home studio. I like to use a lot of natural, neutral colors and minimal props in my sessions. I love collecting unique baskets, boxes and bowls to use with my newborns. No two sessions are ever alike! With newborns, I am able to be creative with wrapping techniques, textures, layers and subtle pops of color. I use a combination of wraps, as well as bare skin. It is my passion to create beautiful, timeless images of your new baby and family that you will treasure for generations to come!
