Remember them yesterday and love them today.  That’s what we’re all about here at LVR Portraits.  My name is Laurie Ressler, and I realize you haven’t heard from me in quite a while!  I have been busy behind the scenes re-designing and re-branding my new website.  I’m super excited to share it with you!   I hope you will enjoy it as well.  I’d love for you to take a look around and let me know what you think!

Remember them yesterday and love them today.  My goal at LVR Portraits is to help you remember all the sweet moments with your babies when they are so new and fresh and tiny.  But we all know too well, that babies grow up pretty quickly!   As you look back with nostalgia and remember how little your babies were, I don’t want you to be sad about how fast they are growing and changing.  I want you to look at them TODAY and appreciate who they are now and who they are becoming!  I want your memories of the past to inspire you to love more fully in the present.

Remember them yesterday and love them today.  I have four little boys of my own who are all growing much too quickly.  So I get it.  I understand the underlying anxiety that those babies are growing up too fast!  It’s a constant reminder to me to be present in each moment and in each day, remembering to appreciate and cherish today.  I know in a few years I will look back at my photos of them right now and I will think “look how little they were!”  But I often forget that they are little NOW!  What am I doing today to enjoy this time that I have with my children.  How am I loving them today?
